Dishoom Second Day Collection Box Office Kamai Gets Rs 11.05 Crore Opening

Dishoom Second Day Collection Box Office Kamai Gets Rs 11.05 Crore Opening :- Produced by Sajid Nadiadwala and Sunil A Lulla Hindi comedy action movie Dishoom which is currently running on about 3000 screens worldwide has collected a box office income of Rs 11.05 crore on the opening day. Well the amount that has been generated by this venture on the first day is unbelievable and whole credit goes to its lead stars which includes John Abraham, Varun Dhawan, Jacqueline Fernandez, Saqib Saleem and Akshaye Khanna.

Varun Dhawan, John Abraham and Jacqueline Fernandez’s Dishoom is spreading good cheer at the box office. The action comedy opened on 3000 screens and reported about 40 percent occupancy on Friday when it opened. The movie’s first-day box office collection was over Rs 11 crore. With that in ticket sales, Dishoom became the sixth-best box office opener of 2016.

On day 2, first few shows reported 60 percent occupancy and expectations are Dishoom will earn about Rs 15 crore. What is working in Dishoom’s favour is that it faces hardly any competition at the box office. Salman Khan’s Sultan and Rajinikanth’s Kabali have already run out of steam. With no other release this weekend, Dishoom is getting all the eyeballs.

While the Rohit Dhawan directorial got mixed reviews at the box office, its mix of action and comedy is attracting both young and family audience. Both John Abraham and Varun Dhawan have their fan base and Akshay Kumar’s cameo is working in Dishoom’s favour.

With it, the typical masala action entertainer has got back in action. It has opened to a good response at the BO. The flick has got mixed reviews from the critics. On the whole, it didn’t get the required appreciation. Let’s take a quick look at the Dishoom collection on an opening day.

Dishoom Second Day Business Report

The film will fare good on single screens and small screens. The pace at the multiplexes would be limited. The talkie’s opening collection will be second highest for any Varun Dhawan film.

For the movie to be a hit, the flick needs to fare high on Sunday to cover the production costs and earn a profit. As per the trend, it will have to do a lot of business on the first weekend itself.

Speaking about the performance of Dishoom today well the overall occupancy rate of this film has been recorded around 70% as most of its evening and night shows went fully packed. Public response is not that good but yes we have to accept that viewers are enjoying its songs a lot.
