Dilwale 9th Day (2nd Saturday) Collection Box Office Kamai Report

Dilwale 9th Day (2nd Saturday) Collection Box Office Kamai Report :- Despite of giving disappointing performance at box office in the opening week Rohit Shetty directorial Dilwale has crossed 100 crore mark from its India biz and this news will definitely provide a sigh of relief to its makers. Shah Rukh Khan controversial statement on religious intolerance in India has cost this film big time as many groups boycotted this venture as a result of which it has absolutely failed to make an impact at domestic markets. The romantic comedy musical drama also features Kajol, Varun Dhawan and Kriti Sanon in pivotal roles.

Dilwale, which marked the return of Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol as a pair on the silver screen after a gap of five years, has been performing decently at the ticket windows. However, the film hasn’t been able to net the sort of money the producers had hoped it would.

The film opened to Rs 21 crore at the box office in the country on December 18, and went on to earn another Rs 44.09 crore over the next two days. The fabulous weekend business of Dilwale was followed by the collections dipping during the weekdays. Finally, in a week of its release, the film managed to earn Rs 102.65 crore.

Dilwale hit the screens along with Ranveer Singh, Deepika Padukone and Priyanka Chopra’s Bajirao Mastani. While huge names like Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol had some people expecting that Dilwale would run over Bajirao Mastani at the box office, the figures spelt an altogether different tale.

Now shifting our whole focus towards the performance of this Gauri Khan produced venture on second Saturday of its release well Dilwale 9th day overall occupancy has been recorded around 45% (morning & noon shows combined) which is not satisfactory at all and the public feedback is also not good so at the present scenario nothing seems to be working in its favour.
