Ashes August 6, 2015 : In the 4th Ashes Test which is currently happening Trent Bridge, Nottingham after winning the toss and electing to field first England showcased some very agggressive bowling skills as they bowled out visitors Australia on 60 in 18.3 overs before lunch. The hero of the innings was pacer Stuart Broad who took 8 important wickets for just 15 runs in his 9.3 overs that he bowled.
60 runs is the second lowest score of Australia in a test innings ever and their seventh-lowest score in Test history, The only time they were bowled out for less in this period was against South Africa – 47, in Cape Town, 2011.
Both the Australian openers Chris Rogers and David Warneer went back to the pavillion after getting out without scoring a single run. From Australian side all-rounder Mitchell Johnson was the highest scorer in the first innings of the Ashes 2015 4th test with 13 runs off 25 balls.
In response to this England is currently 274/4 in 65 overs at the end of the first day and Joe Root made a wonderful century 124 off 158 balls with 19 fours and a six.
